At InfoSec Academy, we aim to provide valuable learning experiences in cybersecurity and related domains. We ensure that our learners have a smooth process of enrolling, accessing, and completing their training courses, tests, and resources.


By purchasing any course, training, event, or resource from InfoSec Academy, you agree to our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and this Refund & Cancellation Policy.



Refund Policy – Regular Online Courses


              1. Refund Request Window: Learners may raise a refund request within 72 hours of purchasing a course.
              2. Eligibility for Full Refund: If the course content or features do not meet what was committed at the time of purchase, learners are entitled to a full refund.
              3. Platform Maintenance Fee: A 10?duction will apply to all refunds to cover platform and administrative costs.
              4. Completion Limitation: Refund requests will not be accepted if the learner has completed more than five (5) premium lessons/lectures within the course.
              5. Certificate Restriction: If a learner has already generated/downloaded their Course Completion Certificate within the 72-hour period, they will no longer be eligible for a refund.
              6. Campaign/Discount Period: Refunds are not applicable for courses purchased during special campaign offers, bundles, or discounted sales.


              Refund Policy – Live Courses, Events, Resources & Tests


              • No Refund Policy applies for Live Training Programs, Events, Workshops, Resources, and Tests.
              • Once purchased, fees for these services are non-refundable and non-transferable.


              Exchange Policy


              • No Exchange Policy applies to all products and services, including Regular Online Courses, Live Courses, Events, Resources, and Tests.
