Welcome to InfoSec Academy. These Terms and Conditions govern your access and use of our Learning Management System and related services available at learn.infosec.ac. By utilizing our platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.
InfoSec Academy is a specialized provider of Information Security and Cyber Security training solutions. Our LMS delivers pre-recorded and on-demand educational courses covering:
Users must be at least 18 years of age or possess legal guardian authorization to access our platform. All services must be utilized exclusively for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. InfoSec Academy reserves the right to suspend or terminate user access for any violation of these terms.
Course access requires the creation of a user account with accurate, complete, and current information. Users bear full responsibility for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and account security. Sharing accounts or permitting unauthorized access to course content is strictly prohibited.
Upon course purchase, users receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view content solely for personal educational purposes or internal organizational training. Course materials may not be shared, resold, reproduced, redistributed, or exploited commercially without explicit written authorization from InfoSec Academy.
All educational content, multimedia materials, course documentation, platform design, and branding constitute the exclusive intellectual property of InfoSec Academy. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, modification, or distribution of our proprietary content is strictly prohibited and may result in legal proceedings.
Full payment of all course fees is required prior to content access. InfoSec Academy maintains a strict no-refund policy on all course purchases. All financial transactions are processed through secure, industry-standard payment gateways.
InfoSec Academy provides all educational content on an "as-is" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific learning outcomes, certification success, or continuous platform availability. Our courses are educational in nature and do not constitute professional cybersecurity services, legal advice, or compliance consultation.
The collection, processing, and storage of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. By accessing our services, you acknowledge and consent to our data handling practices as detailed in our Privacy Policy documentation.
InfoSec Academy reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform following the posting of revised terms constitutes your binding acceptance of such modifications.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and enforced in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any legal disputes arising from these terms shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
